:D
But I still wanna to translate the names in banners, and 3D icons.
If someone know a program for editing banners in 2D and 3D, please give me a link.

I'm trying to change colors. The thing is, when I decompress the file, what filr extension should I name the decompressed file? Do I just save as a .bin?

Doesn't matter since you're editing it manually on a hex editor. But the final compressed file must have the same name as the original file. Else it's 100% brick without a doubt.
But I guess you already know all that.

So I can just edit the LZ compressed file directly? Hmm, cool.

I am simply decompressing them with the same name, edit them and recompress them.
Using the attached LZ(de)compressor and just using drag and drop on the batch files.
(The batch files are not meant to support multiple files)

That's what I was asking. What do I save the decompressed file as? A .bin? A .msbt?

Doesn't matter at all, the important thing is the content and the final name after you recompressed it.
If you want to edit hud_LZ.bin, you can decompress it and save it as "blablabla.ext" "qwerty.jpg" or even "sdfqdfsdf.mp3" , edit it at your convenience with a hex editor, compress it, and save it as hud_LZ.bin

file extensions doesn't matter when using hex editors.

It's not related to having many icons, the performance of any modern home launcher sucks overall compared to the 8.1 and under ones :)

Man, I guess I'm just not seeing what makes the modern home menu suck. It's quick and customizable, I personally love it, don't have any complaints that I can think of.
