UPDATE.
I've just tested replacing the DS WiFi settings on my CFW 3ds with field runners and it works! Now if we do have TWLN access with the arm11 kernal exploit, anyone will be able to downgrade for free and without a second 3ds!

not sure personally but google turned up a reddit post by Mrrraou saying he didn't think k11 is enough for TWLN

Well, it looks as if TWLN is not accessible via K11. If however with some magic someone managed to access it, there would be DSiware downgrading for all

Yeah, you can replace the DS WiFi settings .app with a fieldrunners .app and it'll run. It's a matter of overwriting the DS WiFi settings .app using just K11 which is an issue
