Gaming Turn Off Button Gone?

Okay, so I have installed "Icon Tweaker", and it asked me a few questions. one of the questions I didn't really understand, so I clicked Yes. Now I can't seem to find my "Turn Off" Button. I'm thinking it has to do with something with the Registry. Here's a picture:

I dont know how to fix this, a temporary solution for you to turn off your computer is to press alt + F4 + F5 and it will bring up the shut down menu. Or control alt delete into task manager and shutdown.

What exactly does Icon Tweaker do, and why install it?
You should always read everything during installation of a new software very carefully.

To resolve the issue, perform the following:

Click Start, Run.
Type gpedit.msc and click OK.
Navigate to the following path:

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar

Double-click "Remove and Prevent Access to the Shut Down command"
Select "Not configured" or "Disabled"
Close Group Policy window.

Oh yeah, by the way, I'm running Windows XP, and I'm "kinda" an administrator on my computer.

Or you could try this this.
Create a text file and copy and past the information below into it, now rename the text file extension from .txt to .reg and run it.
When it asks are you sure you want to add information click yes.

so do i have to reboot the computer to see the changes right? (and this might enable the "Turn Off" button to show up again, right?)

Perhaps this works:

In Windows 7 you can right click on the Start button and select Properties.
Go to the Start Menu page and there you can select Shut Down in the Dropdown menu.
