If you reinitialize your 3ds browser and then turn off the wifi while reading this QR Code: http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto_qrcode.png

After reading it, exit back to the main menu and turn your wifi back on. Now go back to the browser and click the little slider in the top lefthand corner and repeatedley press A. this will cause your screen to turn yellow and then open homebrew.

My problem is, I don't have a working camera on my 3ds. Is it possible to just enter the link that the QR Code leads to?

Yes, it should work by manually entering it.
