Hacking TTDSi Menu?

Hi, I downloaded the menu for my ttdsi and put in the root folder and when I click it on my DSi it has a memory card with a face and says Menu? Help! I have all the stuff: [*]TTMenu[*]TTMenu.dat[*]TTMenu.sysHelp!

if its in the root of the SD card then its not in a folder
thats what root means
