Hacking Question Trying to modify E-Shop game...

So I'm risking my switch to download Fortnite. I'm trying to modify the .ini files that are within the game's files, similar to how it is on the PC. I tried using CDNX, and hacdn to no success. CDNX just downloads a single 4KB file, and the other one downloads a 5MB file (pretty sure Fortnite is ~2GB). Is there a way to dump the game from my switch itself? Or does anybody have any solutions? Thanks.

No, I'm trying to modify the game's default/locked settings. Things like changing resolution are present in Fortnite's save file, but changing it does nothing.

There is thread about it around which you should check. AFAIK the person who tried it said it didn't work for them.

Just because the config files expose certain parameters doesn't necessarily mean the game will recognize changes to them. Game engines can be weird like that. The resolution is likely hardcoded.

I think I read that thread and they said it w Ride after they set the file to read only or something?
They were changing the FPS settings I think.
