Hacking trying to install homebew on my enw 2DS XL, flipnot not working

and im at the part that should have flipnote open, but it doesn't. is the new system update to blame? and can I some how bypass the flipnote part of the installation?

Exactly what happens when you "BOOT patched DS download play"?

Is it black screen or does DS download play launch?

I got it all working

I deleated everything in the SD card and did it all over again, now im having a problem with tying to stream my 2DS to my PC...keeps saying "could not start remote play on n(3ds)" even though I have all the settings correct
