Homebrew Trying to install CIA using SocketPunch and FBI

But it's taking so long and always fails.

Also I want to increase the buffer size of the FBI app but I don't know how. I know how to increase it on socketpunch but not on FBI. Can someone please help or reccomend me some other way to install CIAs on my 3ds from the computer?
