Homebrew Trying to get OTP.bin

I started to follow this guide https://github.com/Plailect/OTP/blob/master/New_3DS_Cubic.md and when i got to the part to format and unlink my nands with tinyformat, my emunand no longer has sigs disabled in the HBL? I just checked and i can still install cias inmy restored emunand from a backup but it still doesnt allow me to install things in the HBL? I dont know what I did wrong but it only happened after tinyformat.

What programs are you trying to run in the emunand? You only really need to be able to run Sysupdater as part of the OTP fetching process, and since you can still install CIAs you should just install the CIA version of Sysupdater and use that.

I am trying to install sysupdater but when i use fbi in the HBL it fails. No cias install. They just give me this error http://m.imgur.com/f3jCoxO

You might need to use Decrypt9 to inject FBI into the Health and Safety app, then use that to install Sysupdater. That's how I had to do things after reformatting the emunand for that guide.

I was never able to install anything from a .3dsx installer. I was lucky, because I had FBI injected in H&S. You should do that, too. If you don't need to launch DS games from 2.1, I think you should delete the .cia ending in 00000102, because SysUpdater will fail to install it. But if you need it, you'll even need it to install BigBlueMenu to install TWL_FIRM, because FBI fails to install it. If this is the case, you'll first need to delete TWL_FIRM from FBI.

Im asking for help dude. I have no way to install cias after using tiny format and i cant find this damn univeral-inject-generator shit.

Unless you have a GW or it's clones, you'll need to inject as 3DSX won't provide the hooks necessary. Even moreso if your emunand is > 9.2.
Open D9->emunand options->dump H&S.
Take hs.app over to the git you syncd. Put it and FBI.CIA into the same input folder and run the batch file. Take FBI_with_banner.app and put it on your SD.
Run D9 again->emunand options->inject H&S and choose the file.
Profit.

Ok so after waiting a little bit, I decided to do this again. Injected FBI, and im flashing my 2.1 unbricked sysnand to my 3ds.. I hope this works ;-;
