I don't think Tag knows how to properly set up the plug ins. Even I don't know how to properly implement permissions.

I have a Server that i play on where the Admin knows his stuff. Go on #pspcommunity and ask for Incognitoman (IRC).

He knows his way around plugins and what not he may feel like helping you guys.

You can't do anything, even if Tag has a backup I'm pretty sure he isn't intelligent enough to use it correctly.

That's simple, Pika found Sasori, and joined him, though Sasori isn't a griefer, just a beacon basically, though he didn't know. Once Pika or Anon became Tag, they griefed.
