Hacking Trucha Bug Restore question

My friend finally installed HBC on his 4.1 U wii, i was wondering what things you would need in order to get the things working on the HBC
like ive search on the forums for the steps about getting trucha bug but it was really unclear for me to understand
So basically what i know so far is that all i need is the Trucha bug restore is there anything else needed?

Well you were not too specific with what you are trying to accomplish. But yeah, if your goal is to restore the trucha bug for installing a cios and backups and what not: Yes TBR is all you need to put the trucha bug back in place.
