Hacking trouble with the sd-reader

well I just recently formatted my laptop, so when I tried connecting the reader xp prompted with a hardware installation window. I proceeded, it asked for some usbstor.sys, I got it, installed, done. Rebooted, reconnected the reader and the icon shows up normally in my computer. double click, and it tells me to insert a disc on drive E:. Other pens seem to work fine. What can I do?

install the USB2.0 drivers specific to your motherboard, or service pack 2. whichever you haven't done.
