To put it simple, I can't convert videos.
I put in the video I want to convert, press run, but then it just closes.
Any thought?

Haha, not super. That one sucks.

I fail to see your evidence to support that claim, however, I have evidence to support mine.

SUPER has always been great for me as a youtube-clip converter. SUPER has a great quality, small file size, and I've never had any video or audio issues with any sort of youtube clip, ever. SUPER may have issues with large 2 hour files, but that's why we have Xilisoft and imToo.

Well, last time I tried to convert something, it gave me a huge file that had strange artifacts and messed up colours. It was also infected with a virus.

then you most likely downloaded super somewhere weird.

super requires lots of cpu, so if you don't have a good rig weird things will happen.

I downloaded it from the official website, which looks pretty shady to me. But the fact that the DPG encoder that comes with moonshell 2 works much better, and faster, than SUPER for me, is enough to say that it sucks. It didn't work for me, when another one did. Just, the one that comes with moonshell isn't set to english by default...you have to change it in the configuration file.

can't get batch to work either but, i must agree that SUPER sucks

converted movies to dpg with it and they ALWAYS lag when i play them and don't try skipping ahead

have tried all types of encoders k-lite, ccv neva works. will be on gbatmw till then...

SUPER works just fine

batchdpg works just fine as well, you just have to make sure you have all the requisite software installed, like avisynth, etc

99.99% of the time, conversion problems are PEBKAC

I've also had problems with SUPER.
I set the video width to 256 pixels, then get a message, something like "Moonshell no longer supports video sizes other than 256 pixels".

EDIT: Just figured it out, not liking the lag. Gotta say NO to SUPER.
