I've recently begun work on a minor hack of Pokémon Platinum, but I've run into a serious technical problem: The hacking utility I've used (PPRE) is a beta release that won't let me save changes to anything except Pokédex data. If anyone else here has saved other changes (like renaming an item or reclassifying a move) with PPRE, please let me know what you did. Otherwise, if you can recommend another newbie-friendly editor for Gen IV games, please do; I'm using WinXP Home Edition with Service Pack 3, if that matters. Thank you all for being patient with me!
