Hacking Trouble making backup of a game

I've legally bought the italian versions of Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver. I wanted to backup them in order to install them on my second console.
Gold backuped and installed fine. Silver, however, gives me trouble while installing.
I've tried backuping with the latest versions of Godmode9 and Decrypt9, tried to install them with FBI, NASA and BigBlueMenu.
