Hacking Trouble installing freeshop

Hi everyone

I seem to be having trouble installing freeshop onto my 3ds. Everytime I try through fbi I get an error message

"failed to install from url"
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Invalid agreement

Is there anyway to fix this? Ive tried looking on google but cant seem to find anything about it.

Error mostly like means you:

1. Have not properly installed CFW
2. A Freeshop Ticket is installed on the 3DS and is corrupted.
