Homebrew Trouble installing CIA"s

I've sucessfully downgraded one of my 3ds. But i've come across a problem when using nasa to install Cia's they dont show up in the home menu is there something im doing wrong?

yes to all but the last one, so i have to update my emunand to the current firmware and activate the eshop to use the cia's?

Not necessarily.
You should use FBI to install the cias btw.
What version of luma3ds are you using.
Also are you sure you initialized the databases?

i downloaded the luma from the guide i was given which was 5.5 i think? i'll try installing them with fbi now and Initialized the database?

In the Nintendo 3ds folder-title1-title2 there must be a folder called "dbs" with 2 files "import.db" and "title.db"
Do you have those files?

Enter one of them then enter title2 and check for the dbs folder and their files

i think theres something wrong with my fbi there is no install option just copy,rename,delete etc

How are you using FBI?
Via the CIA version or via the 3dsx (in homebrew launcher)

wait so out of the files in the rar which do i put onto the SD card
