Hacking Trouble finding the right card? Help needed :S

Last summer, I attempted to find the perfect flash card. A cart that would fit my tight budget whilst still being capable and worthy... well, there were many eligible carts. Too many. I then gave up... wait, I'm back

I don't want to pay over $15.



What would you recommend me?

Ok, so just for clarification, do you want a cart that plays NDS roms for under $15, or do you want a cart that will playing 3ds games for under 15$?

Cause if it's the latter you've got about a 5 year wait for that.

Yeah, NDS roms... lol, ain't that big of a noob.
Ended up getting the $10 cart from nds-card.com... I must say I am amazed by their customer service!!
