I have all 3 downloaded as well asthe 'multibootloader' but am a bit confused, I don't see a good place that tells you exactly how I would go about doing this....

Tried looking at the readme.txt's ? open them with wordpad rather than notepad so they are easier to read.

1. Install original supercard dsone shell into your sd card.
2. Install YSMENU or TTMENU into your sd card.
3. rename original MSFORSC.NDS(in your sd card) to SC-DSONE.NDS or SCDSONE.NDS
if you want to make a primary shell as supercard shell, rename to SCDSONE.NDS.
if you want to make a primary shell as dstt shell, rename to SC-DSONE.NDS.
4. Copy MSFORSC.NDS from the multi-bootloader package into your root of sd card.
5. Optionally, Copy TTMENU.NDS in to your root of sd card. (to swtich ttmenu from supercard shell)

USAGE)
No key pressing: booting with Primary Shell. (SCDSONE.NDS or TTMENU.DAT)
X-Key pressing: booting with secondary shell.(TTMENU.DAT or SC-DSONE.NDS)
Y-Key pressing: booting with ysmenu.nds

It confused me cause both ysmenu and ttmenu tell you to rename it to msforsc, and the multiboot loader I couldn't read in notepad (Yea it was gay, and the PC I was on didn't have anything else)

Thanks very much though.

Will it be hard toget my saves to work in both? :S They're already made saves from R4/M3 Real, and work fine if I rename them to the shortname but I heard TTMenu/Ys uses longname D:

I find short named 8.3 .sav files (with no spaces) work on all 3 os's. Though I reckon some games might be fickel.

This is why the scds-1 menu needs to sort it's save file system out, it can be annoying, and would seem to be completely unessesry.

I've found that the main problem for now isn't actually the shortname, I found out that for a lot of games if I just change ".sav" to ".SAV" extension it works fine. I'm not sure why they need it to be capital, but they should fix that as it's a syntax issue that's easily resolved on their end.

I'm getting a stupid problem now, it tells me to check "SCDSONE.NDS" "SC-DSONE.NDS" and "TTMENU.DAT" cause it fails loading. Any easy solution? I tried replacing the files, no change.

Nvm, I had got it from a thread here that had a bad copy. Went and got it from the real site.
