The gamecube issue could be related to the cIOS installed as IOS249. Or it could just plainly be that rev15 is not GC compatible, but the one you have as IOS249 is.

what other changes to the code did u make? couldn't u have used cios 249 rev14 in slot 199 instead and only changed the neogamma code to use that ios slot?
- I just change cIOS number: 249 to 199 (look the submitted sourcecode).
- No, it's not possible to make cIOS calls (199 to 249) since 249 is updatable.

your cios199, is it just cios249 rev 15 installed to slot 199? no other changes right? why did u decide to use rev 15 of the cios anyway?
- Yes.
- Yes, no changes.
- It was the latest revision that already worked with Triiforce (NeoGamma with cIOS199 feature was WiiPower's request, not my idea).
- cIOS199 will work properly with Triiforce applications. I don't know how it will work with NeoGamma.

- Yes, not cIOS problem. Problem comes from Neogamma compilation that I did. (I'm not an expert to modify it successfully).
- I didn't knew about cIOS rev15 issues with Neogamma. WiiPower's idea was good, but I'm a noob in NeoGamma's code.
- If you can see, this is the Triiforce thread... I didn't submitted the NeoGamma's mod in its main thread since it's just an experiment.

Has anyone been able to get a working version of Castlevania Rebirth? I've tried running it through triiforce quite a few times with diff wads and none have worked. I can even get the konami logo, but then the screen goes black...

I guess everybody have the same problem. According to Triiforce Compatibility thread:

It seems Castlevania Rebirth (NTSC-U) it's not working fine with Triiforce.
Actually, Japanese version works fine, but it's hard to read the prologue.

My test results:
wichoxp's cios199 rev15 (based on wanin's cios249 rev15) cannot launch wii games or gamecube games via NeoGamma R8 beta15 for cIOS199 (however still works with Triiforce r74 for cIOS199)

I edited wanin's cios249 rev 14 (only moved it to slot 199) and created
cIOS199 rev14 Mod
cIOS199 rev14 works with NeoGamma R8 beta15 for cIOS199 (can launch both Wii and GC games, GC games requires cMIOS and launcher also installed) and Triiforce r74 for cIOS199

so now users can use wanin's cios rev14 to play backup disks and triiforce (or whatever rev cIOS you want to install to that slot) and a different IOS to play usb launchers

I'm not xflak XD, but it seems that you're trying to use cIOS199 in a not-compatible NeoGamma version. You need to use this:

NeoGamma R8 beta17 for cIOS199 (rev14)

thanks for the reply. i read through your posts and saw this neogamma for cios199. it keeps asking me that i should have cios199 but i already installed the cios. triiforce for cios199 detects it with no issues.

i checked with signcheck if cios199 rev 14 (cios of wanin rev 14 placed on slot 199 by xflak) was installed; and it was. so i know for sure what i was doing was right. thanks again.

anyways i will just use the released cios249rev17 which they say work with neogamma. just downloaded it but not tried it yet. i will just use cios199 for triiforce then. thanks again for the assistance.
