It's fake, that's what.

yeah. but how did they fake it?
it would be cool to trick my friends with this lol
at the very end of the video if you pause it right before it goes back the whole laptop becomes transparent

just some fancy video editing

its just video editing (video overlay)
look at the inside edge of the screen, its all messed up

i dont get how they could use cling film.. wouldnt they have to have a backdrop still?

moozxy is havin a laugh with the cling film. He is just waiting for someone to post "I scanned some cling film and it did not work" lol. It is done with a green screen like they use on the weather reports on tv.

I'm going to have to agree with video overlay on this one.

1. Record a video of just the desktop computer
2. Set laptop desktop wallpaper a nice bright green or blue
3. Record a video of the laptop doing whatever
4. Import both videos into video editing software (i.e. Autodesk Combustion)
i) Desktop computer video is bottom layer
ii) Laptop video is top layer
5. Set green/blue colour as a substitute for transparency.
6. Export to video file
7. ???
8. Profit.

I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of bluescreening.
