Since the usual gang of noobs doesn't read anything but the title, the first post and the last post in any given topic, here is what you need to know about this "bug" that isn't.

It was circulated yesterday and today by spazzes who don't know japanese and wanted to know if their $2 wiikey clones would play a game that hasn't been dumped yet on their PAL wiis or if the bug would brick them.
It says, going left to right/top to bottom.

ABOUT THE FIRMWARE UPDATE
Your Wii must have the latest firmware to play Smash Bros Brawl. Please consult your Wii operations manual (Page 5)?or the leaflet included with the game and update your Wii. If the update finishes properly, you will see the game logo in the Disc channel.
IF THE GAME WILL NOT PLAY EVEN AFTER UPDATING
Some users will not be able to play the game even after updating their firmware, despite . If this happens, follow the instructions on the reverse side. You will only need to do this once.
Graphic captions:
The game logo does not appear in the disc channel
A "Disc cannot be read" error occurs no matter how many times the disc is ejected and reinserted, or
An error message appears.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Power off the Wii by holding the power button for 4 seconds. CONFIRM THAT THE POWER LED TURNS RED.
2) Press the Eject button.
(If the disc does not come out, press the button again.)
3) Re-insert the disc.
4) Check the disc channel. Unlock Luigi and lay the smackdown on Mar-I mean, you can now play Smash Bros Brawl.
If you still cannot play after following the above directions, call the Wii support center.
