Make sure the encoding is Unicode(UTF-16) Little Endian.

Here are a couple of tools to help with the translation. Re:coded Translation Tools
The decompressor only decompresses files, I'll add a compressor later

Edit: Make sure to decompress the files with my decompressor or change de decompressed files extension to ".decompressed" (without the quotes) to open them with my editor

a GUI based tool for wwcxtool.exe would do the job, no need for other tools.

it's easier to translate stuff, since i have all the text in front of me.

Thanks for reporting the bug. It's fixed now...

Just open the original decompressed file and copy the saved text (with the new one), that should save you the trouble.

It's one of the control codes, it's actually 0x0A in hex, it means hmm line break (like when you press Enter in a text). When you edit the text and want a line break just add that text (with curly braces).
? is actually a control code too (forgot which one, probably R button or something).
