damn me if I know, but afaik most tools usually homebrew and custom made for current project. Tho I'm sure hex stuff used during inital game research.
language files on shining resonance is in plain text, forgot which tools I've used a year ago

The sdat files inside the cpk are apparently fake and have no effect inside the game. According to happydance they may be stored in the mtp files or DRGXXX1.sdat file. Don't know how the rest works. I just do the translations.

I second that, they are good. I always get the steak and add mushrooms to it also. But yea been awhile since had myself. I used to go there every morn for coffee and breakfast, meet with my work crew, but we all stop going, too expensive.+1 -
