Hacking Transferring to another Sd

Ok guys, so I want to expand my sd card thats inside my 3ds because its only 4gb, I got a micro sd with adapter ofc thats 16gb, the issue is, I copied everything from my 4gb to the new one, but when I launch gateway mode, it just puts me back in 4.4 with no emunand but I can launch my game list, I was currently in emunand 9.4 with gateway omega 3.0.4, any reason to this?

Gateway creates a small partition where emunand is located. You need to use emunandtool to extract your emunand from your 4gb micro sd. Create a new emunand on your 16gb micro sd then use emunandtool again to inject your old emunand into your new emunand.

And after I just drag and drop all the gateway game saves? or will it also do that? Im sorry for so many questions!
