ROM Hack Transferring Saves

I'm sorry if this topic has already been made, i looked around and couldn't find any.

Anyway, i have a pokemon white save on my computer that i've been playing on and now the rom works on my R4i, is there a way to transfer it? If so, could someone please tell me or point me in the right direction?

Open your game in Desmume, File --> Export Save Data. Give a name and location for the save data and save it. The output format will be a 512KB SAV file.
