Hacking Question Transferring save from CFW to OFW

first and foremost, sorry if this is in the wrong sub. i would like to transfer my SMM2 save from my emunand (sx os) to my sysnand. i actually got pretty far in the story and if i can avoid having to start over, that would be awesome.

what’s the most simplified way to do this? i have searched the web for the last few days but can’t find any method that works for sure, only assertions. any help would be appreciated! thanks
