Homebrew Transferring games to another flashdrive

I have installed a bunch of VC, Wiiu and GameCube games on my flashdrive using WUP installer. Can I simply format my new 64 gb flashdrive to the wiiu format and proceed to transfer them through the system settings? Or will I have to put the games on my sd card and install them once again through WUP installer.

I had to do something similar where i had to transfer my games to a bigger flash drive. The Wii U only allowed one flash drive to be active while in the main menu but it allows two to be plugged in and transferred. As a safety precaution, you can unplug the first drive (while turned off) and plug in the 2nd drive, then let it format. Then what you can do is plug the 1st and 2nd flash drive in (while turned off), transfer via Wii U, turn off, unplug old drive.
