Transferring games from PC via USB?

Hi, I'm just wondering what the latest and best way is to install (not copy over, actually install) games from PC onto the switch via USB. I'm using the latest atmosphere and switch firmware 12. Just wondering what the required and most up to date apps are for doing this, all help much appreciated as always !

I use Tinwoo with NS USBloader to install over LAN

I was about to start a similar thread. I've just migrated from SXOS to Atmosphere 1.0.0, Firmware 12.1.0 (Which given my technical know how should constitute a first class miracle)

Having trouble with Tinfoil and Nut, not recognizing the HDD I have NSPs on from the Switch.
Tried Goldleaf with Quark, not recognizing the Switch from the PC
Now trying Tinwoo and NS USBloader, the latter took me a while to find the link:

Fairly certain I've given my PC Schizophrenia with the amount of drivers I've installed and reinstalled.

But this set up is working where the others did not, for reasons that are a mystery to me.
