Transferring from SysNand saves to Switch 2

Hi all,

WIll there be any problem when I direct transfer my pokemon saves from my sysnand (its clean, no homebrew installed/mods on sysnand, has a separate emunand) to my new switch 2?

Btw the save datas are unmodded, just regular playthroughs. Except for trade with bots

Let me know if you have any other ideas or suggestions. Thanks!
