Hacking Transferring from old SD to new (help)

I recently downgraded and installed Rxtool cfw. I was using a 32gb memory card but quickly realized that wasn't enough space. But now I can't get my new memory card to boot hbl without using a entry point like browserhax. Anyone know why and how I can fix it? I thought maybe going back to the tutorial I used in the first place and just skipping the downgrading and doing the rest would work. But nope lol

if you use menuhax you must open theme first then install menuhax.

ps. your topic is unclear if you use emunand you must create one on a new card too.
