Hacking Transferring emunand to another SD Card?

I was using a Samsung Evo 32 GB Class 10 and it seems like it keeps crapping out with the "SD card was removed messages and failing to boot rxtools. So I was trying to use this tut https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-transfer-emunand-to-another-sd-card-working-on-new3ds.383684/ since it worked when I went from 16gb to 32gb. But the new 32gb class 10 Sandisk I have is .1gb smaller so my backup is too large to restore it.

For larger to smaller, Win32DiskImager method no longer works.

You need:
1) Backup emuNAND image with emuNANDTool / EmuNAND9
2) Create emuNAND partition on your new SD
3) Restore emuNAND image to your new SD
