Homebrew Transfer save problem.

I want to copy my super smash bros save from my cartridge to the system, the system has it installed as a cia but is not the same system i primarly use it for play on. When i use the save manager to extract save from cart to copy to install cia, it says

"Unable to use the save data since it is not the lastest data. Would you like to create new save data?"

Is there a way to fix this? or not?

Make sure they are both on the same update.

They are, both on 1.1.6 latest.

try deleting the save and ext data on the cia file and restore it. I've never had any issues due to my ext data being deleted

I deleted the extra data, still nothing

I can delete the save data, but the point is to transfer the save data from the cart to the cia installed game.

What are you using to move it? That sounds like the message I got before secure value deleting.

I tried the homebrew svdt manager, and the fbi save extractor injection feature.

Secure Value basically is a console/game key so the save is only usable with said console. does not apply to carts (also its called anti-savegame restore)

Oh that makes sense, thanks for explaining that miss umm... @MsMidnight
I wish it was clear what the feature means, "Anti save game restore" is a better name than "Delete secure value" I'll have to remember that next time.
