Hacking Transfer .sav from Twilight menu to Virtual Console

Hello there! I need help with my Pokémon Fire Red game.
In Twilight menu I have the Fire Red.gba with its .sav.
My question is, can I transfer that .sav to the Fire Red.cia I have installed?
I tried doing it via the injection method with Godmode, but when I inject the .sav to the FireRed.cia and then I load the game it says: game eliminated, and it starts a new game.

that's the way I did it, but it can only hold one save at a time, so it's tedious to inject multiple saves, because you have to eject the micro sd card, copy the save over to the pc, inject the new save, then copy it back. if you don't, the original save is overwritten. there's a better way for multiple saves, perhaps one, that I remember @TurdPooCharger linking to.
