Homebrew Transfer Questions

I already searched about transferring from an emu system to a normal system and it said it was fine and that the only stuff that won't transfer are CIAs that were installed. Is this correct?

Was also wondering though what happens with the emu system after? Is everything still there or would I somehow have to mod the system again? I just wanna be safe cause this isn't my system I wanna do this with. If it were mine I wouldn't worry as much.

You can always create a band backup of the emunand and restore it. But yes emunand will DATA will be deleted
Emunand remains present so you don't have to mod again.

And yes all cia's won't transfer unless bought from the eshop. *cough* steel diver *cough*
