Hardware Tranfer file through wifi on 3DS

So i use microSD management to move file from PC to 3ds, but the thing is i tranfer the same file from my pc at my company to 3DS, the speed is around 700 kb/s, but from my PC at home to the same 3DS, the speed just stuck around 80kb/s. I don't know what effect that, so i want to ask. It's about wifi speed or something else ?

So, it must be your Wifi difference.

So if i change the wifi modern it will be different right
