Gaming Trading pokemon from a banned Switch

If I trade Pokemon from a banned Switch to an unbanned Switch, is there any chance the unbanned Switch will be hit by Nintendo?

Maybe that's a dumb question but I want to make sure before I do anything risky.

I doubt theyd go that far, because it would be hard to tell if it was a hacked pokemon or not definitively. They wouldnt want to take that risk
