I'm needing to complete my Pokédex in Scarlet but I don't have another Switch to assist in trading. Would I be able to use a Emulator on my PC pr Steam Deck to trade Locally to my copy of the game to assist in completing my Dex?

If your switch is CFW, do a backup of your save and use PKHEX on the computer. If it's not, just trade online.
Edit: since you posted on the switch2 forum, I suppose the online option is the only avaliable between the two.

Thanks Much for the help. It's a little annoying that I can't use my PC. I struggle getting people online to help me trade for my dex
