ROM Hack Tower Defence game

I could not find a game like this but I was wondering if something like this is in development?

You get waves of enemys and you defend the endpoint by building towers

I dont now how to make homebrew but it would sure be great if I could play this kind of game on the ds

Yeah, there's Warcraft Tower Defense for the DS, but nothing for the GBA as far as I know.
