Hi,

I am using a controller hard mod to play my 3ds games with a controller on the 3ds.

Sadly many games relay on touchscreen input. For the wii u exist a tool to control touchscreen input with a hid device. https://gbatemp.net/threads/hid-to-vpad.424127/page-3

Is there any way to send touchscreen input over the network to the 3ds, so it would be possible to interact with games?

Or maybe to hold a button combo on the 3ds and navigate with the stick on the 3ds to send an touchscreen input ?

Would also be a solution for people with a broken tochscreen.

Its probably possibile. On the iPhone's DS emulator you just tap to control the touch screen. Not sure about how the 3DS works (if its the same or not) and if it would work with a controller.
