ROM Hack Tool to dump cias?

Hey,

Is there a tool to dump the cias of emunand/sysnand ? FBI/BBM/DM only install the cias, and D9 doesn't dump the cias.
So what can I use to dump my cias (including the system cias and the applets) ?

If you dump your NAND, doesn't it include all software (including CIAs obviously) installed on it?

I'd rather not say much but, if you want to wait a little while i have a friend who's working on something big he hasnt announced to GBAtemp yet
If you can wait i think you will be satisfied with his work

But i can tell you its not something you've seen before. And i think a lot of people are going to use it.

He posted his concept on another forum he's helping running.
I dont know if i can post the link here though, as that might be against the rules to advertise competition

oh ok i hoped it was something like that, it would be nice if we had something like FunkyCIA running on the 3ds itself, it would be easier to 'port' if i wrote FunkyCIA in c++, but it was so simple to write it in python compared to c++

and sure you can post a link, only links to warez/illegal stuff is not allowed really
