Gaming Tomb raider dlc will not start

I have an issue with the latest dlc for 'shadow of tomb raider' under the name 'the price of survival'
I have a season pass so I bought it and installed it.

Now the shopping cart symbol is still there. When I want to start dlc it takes me to the store where it says 'bought'
I deleted the dlc and installed it again from library but no dice...shopping cart remains and I can not start this dlc.

Ps4 is not hacked, has latest firmware and the game is patched with latest update.

What to do now

Never mind.... A complete shutdown of ps4 and restart of game seems to have solved this one.
A bit buggy this one as other dlcs worked right away
