Gaming ToI clarification

So what are the fallen and why were they brought to Naraka, I'm just a little confused. Wasn't Luca Asura and wasn't Asura a good guy? The fallen are reincarnated from their original forms in Devaloka right?

The Fallen are indeed the reincarnations of the inhabitants of Devaloka, though I don't know why they ended up in Naraka. Luca is Asura, but I wouldn't just flat out say Asura is a good guy (in the game he pretty much is)...I would say he is more like a godly version of Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia.
