just like the sonic cartoon rom this one dosent play in vba but it does play fine in a different gba emu for windows called "gba01w" which u can get from http://gbatemp.net/djgarf/gba01w.zip
it's a very basic emulator (their isnt even a screenshot option so the pics look funny)
