Hacking Tinfoil (No games available) problem

Yea, so whenever I try to boot up Tinfoil (latest from the website), all i get is a loading bar (it shows the path to the titles path) and then nothing. I mean, everything loads fine, but i can't download games. I don't have the "new games" etc. position in the menu.

that means it could not find any NSP's to install, you can manually browse to and install the games using the file browser.

You know that Tinfoil is not a "game downloader" by itself, right? Sounds like you don't.
There is a certain version of a certain discord/reddit group that allows this. But because it's modified and paired with their files that they uploaded themselves.
Tinfoil itself doesn't allow to download any games anywhere. You have to provide them yourself, either via USB/Wifi served, or your own gdrive.
