I have installed some nsp files successfully, but the last several files fail the installation with the error code 0x00234a02. I did download some patches which were mentioned that could solve the issue. but unfortunately it didn't. What could most likely be the issue ?

I've faced the same error code.
For me it was 4nxci probleme during conversion (xci ==> nsp), after two or tree attempts the nsps worked fine.
I noticed that generally when the generated nsp size was too smaller than the original xci, the installation fail.
