Hi guys,

when i try to install games from my switch in tinfoil, the 'games' folder is shown as this, as if its an .nro file, (refer to the picture)

i had just installed a game from games folder in tinfoil, then went to RCM then plugged my sd card to add another file into games folder, and when booted back into atmosphere i saw in tinfoil this issue

when the SD card is plugged into my laptop, the games folder is a folder and i put files in it.
but tinfoil thinks its not a folder and it has no data in it as the picture shows
no idea what caused it, tried changing the games folder name to 'Games' 'Game' 'games' 'game' nothing worked

can anyone help

thank you

Quit putting games on your sd card to install use Awoo Installer + NS USB Loader to send install them and make sure your sd card is fat32

my card is FAT32

ive always installed games this way, its never been an issue, the games folder icon turning like that is new and have no idea why

It's not worth fighting that battle. Put your games at the root to try and install, or use Awoo. I've never had any issues with Awoo so far.

You don't need the games on the SD card.

Install the usb driver for nut. This will allow you to see some folders on your switch when tinfoil is running. Installed firmware etc.

Just drag and drop your games to the install folder. Exit tinfoil when done and it's installed.
