Homebrew Question Tinfoil 7.0.0 help

I updated to tinfoil 7.0.0 but for some reason, whenever I try to use an nsp that contains an unlockable, it fails. All other nsp's and xci's work. I tried the file in Goldleaf, works too.
Any idea what's causing this?

Fake unlockers are banned by Tinfoil, use real DLC.

That's strange, my previous version installed them just fine.
