Homebrew Question Time inside homebrew apps

Has anyone else notices that the time inside the hombrew apps seems to always be a different time zone that the one in the OS? Is there a fix to this? It kinds of drive me crazy hahaha.
I see mostly on NX Shell and Goldleaf, I think Edizon as well but can't remember of the top of my head.

Any ideas how to fix?

thats a problem of the code you must recompile with fix.

yea just adding with hours++; or hours--;
