This morning at 5 o'clock the connection sucked

the ps4
rebooted router before trying
Then on ps4 I put on automatic configuration and the Internet became very fast and I left it that way.
this afternoon the internet sucked
it's down to luck
I want it to always work very fast internet like this morning
I use wifi
maybe that's why the internet is so slow
maybe they change automatically
TCP 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
UDP are 3478, 3479
non ne capisco
I just know that I have to restart the router the smartphone and the ps4
And it doesn't necessarily go fast internet

Sounds like full wifi band or network congestion on (possibly) ISP's routers. First try changing the band to less used one, then switch ISP:

Yep, channel. As there are plethora of wi-fi routers/modems all I can say that it's somewhere on the setup. Some devices do show the general channel utilisation in the vicinity when doing the choosing - or have channel autoselect, which possibly chooses the least used channel in neighbourhood.

you can't change the channel with the vodafone powerstation
it could and now it can no longer be done with the 2021 firmware

What happens if I buy a repeater?

room where the router/repeater/smartphone is located with hotspot enabled (then I don't know if the smartphone tells me that the ps4 is connected/ps4 that is in my room
wifi is always good for me?
if yes I buy myself a non-powerful repeater (also to spend less money) because the repeater is helped by the smartphone

I found that if I turn off java to the ps4 while streaming video is playing
I found that the video doesn't stop or almost stops
but better than before it was much worse
then today maybe I found out one more thing
the connection was going really bad
then to the ps4 I put the typical configuration
it was going a little bad the connection but better than before it was much worse
then I don't know what happened the connection was going perfect fast and the videos wouldn't stop
I was 3 hours watching streaming videos without interruption
the java was enabled
one more thing
this morning my connection was on channel 8 automatically and I was the only one on channel 8
I went to the ps4 and the connection was terrible

Probably network maintenance happens to me between 1 am and 3 am usually.

the wifi is running good and fast every day
i did a test i put the typical configuration to the ps4
it has been going well for a week
since day before yesterday the wifi was not working and I moved the smartphone a little bit to the left and the wifi works and it is fast
the smartphone i put it in a closet
I at the smartphone use the hotspot and make the ps4 get the wifi and not the data connection
